What are your shipping rates?
All shipping rates are based upon the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. You may calculate shipping prices by adding items to your shopping cart before the checkout process. Please note that Orders shipping outside the U.S. are subject to customs fees. To our Canadian customers are strongly urged to select USPS as their shipping option to avoid import broker fees.
Free Shipping promotion applies only at the time of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all other shipping costs if product must be exchanged or returned.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday Friday, before 2pm EST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day. Please note that packages are not shipped nor delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and/or holidays. If your order has been placed on any of these days, then it will be shipped the following business day.

My order was cancelled, but the charge is showing on my credit card. What happened?
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are called pending holds. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you as well as the entire eCommerce industry. Pending holds come about because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transaction that has been submitted for approval. Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification. Once you submit your credit card information for approval, your bank/credit company checks to verify the amount of money available. If you have enough funds, then an authorization code is given and the money is placed on hold. Once your funds are verified, then all of the billing information entered is verified with an AVS - Address Verification System. If your information is not exactly how your bank/credit company has it on file, then your order will not process.
• An Email will be sent to you to notify you if there was an AVS mismatch. (The billing address provided not matching the billing address on file with your credit company)
• This will allow you to go back and edit the information that you had previously entered as your billing address. Please note that any information entered after your billing information, may have to be re-entered. Chicago Soccer records all IP Addresses of fraudulent transactions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
You may also log into the account created on our website and it will show your order status.
When your order has shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent with the package
tracking number along with a list of item/s within the package.
What is your return policy?
All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from the invoice date.
Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy.
• Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for the item price. (not including shipping).
• Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product received was damaged. This also applies to all orders with "Free Shipping" promotions. If you return any item with a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will apply at the time of credit.
• All returns MUST be in the original condition received and must include all original tags attached. ANY USED OR WORN ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. MAKE SURE AND TRY ON YOUR SHOES AND OTHER OUTSIDE GEAR INDOORS.
• A receipt with the invoice # and Billing Name must come with the returning package. If you no longer have a copy of your invoice, PLEASE WRITE DOWN ON A SHEET OF PAPER ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION AND YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (NAME, PHONE, EMAIL).
• THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt or shoes we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt or shoes is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.
• VIDEOS OR CDs WITH OPENED PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON ANY USED GOALKEEPER GLOVES.
• Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is faulty. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt has been printed, in the event that a player leaves the squad and/or his squad number changes.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!! Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on any sale item.
